Metquarter Liverpool was a fashionista’s dream, with 35 stores and salons full of covetable labels. But it had one key issue – the giant Liverpool One shopping centre was just over the road and hogging the spotlight.

After appointing us, Metquarter’s new brand positioning was born. ‘Walk out Wonderful’ conveys the ethos of the centre – with such an array of luxury retailers including fashion, beauty and pampering, you’ll always walk out feeling even more wonderful than when you walked in.

With that ethos in mind, we made everything more wonderful for them – from a stunning new responsive website enriched with content and outdoor advertising highlighting key fashion retailers, to a complete makeover of their ECRM strategy and a new cut-through social media approach that saw them trending above Liverpool FC and winning an award for Best Use of Digital Marketing at the 2014 Purple Apples.
