Our American Express App campaign was developed to promote the Amex App to Cardmembers and showcase the full range of features and benefits.
A launch campaign helped raise awareness, and then ongoing, monthly campaigns focused on specific features of the app to educate and drive repeat usage behaviours.

Our comms strategy and campaign idea, ‘Amex App – It’s in your hands’, emphasised the simplicity, convenience and control the app offers.
We wanted to empower Cardmembers to take control of their Account – anytime, anywhere.
The animation below shows how our digital ads brought the app features to life, through a clean and simple creative style.

Our campaigns ran across digital and social channels, driving Cardmembers to the Amex App webpage where they could learn more about the app’s full capabilities.
